We’re back…or Why it’s so hard for me to go to work in the morning!

Okay, okay I know I’ve been horrible about keeping up with the blog lately. I’ve heard the feedback and I am re-committing to getting my blog on!

In response to my latest feedback (Kate), I’m actually doing this on my lunch break! (PS – The Word Press App for the iPhone is pretty cool)

I’m not going to get into everything that’s been happening over the last month or so but rather I’m easing back into this with a couple of typical dog-tastic items. I’ll catch everyone up over the coming days.

The title today may not make sense, but that’s the great thing about a blog it doesn’t really have to. Suffice it to say I lost my blogging mojo in the midst of working a second full-time job (our new house). But now after hitting rock bottom this week (getting sick) I’m back. Since this blog is based on life’s little lessons as learned from the master (Miles), here is today’s lesson.

Never underestimate the power of sleep. I know that probably seems a little silly given the fact dogs sleep all the time..right? Ah, but being the incredibly smart creatures they are, they listen to their bodies and when it says sleep they do. Miles’ body tells him to sleep more often than most but what I’ve realized is that’s probably why he always has a smile on his face when he’s awake. Unfortunately his sleep habit can be extremely contagious, see what I mean.

This is Miles in the morning, kind of tells me he knows where its at!

Then when I wasn’t feeling good this is what I had to face when I woke up from a nap.

Uh yeah he's cute but he snores like a freight train! None the less you always feel better after a siesta with Miles.

A little teaser for tomorrow….

Until tomorrow!
